Payment & Exchange Policy

✯ EXCHANGE POLICY
- With an online invoice; in-store exchanges or returns are not applicable.
- Shimmer does not buy back products or offer refunds. Exchanges are accepted within 3 days for items of equal or higher value, after 2:00 PM, with an accompanying invoice.
- Custom orders, promotional items, or used/damaged products are not eligible for exchange.

✯ EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
1. Applies only to products purchased at Shimmer’s physical store.
2. Customers can exchange an item once within 3 days from the purchase date.
3. The item must be unused, undamaged, and accompanied by the original receipt.
4. Shimmer will assess the product’s condition and proceed with the exchange if eligible.
5. Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal or higher value (customers must cover any price difference). Refunds for price differences are not provided.
6. Only in-stock items are eligible for exchange.

Note: Exchanges and warranty services are available after 2:00 PM daily.
Shimmer offers free silver polishing services. For other cases, repairs will be assessed based on the product's condition, and a paid warranty service will be provided if feasible.

✯ ORDERING INFORMATION
- Pre-ordered items will be available within 22–28 days (excluding weekends) from the order date.
- Customers must present a receipt when collecting their order. If the receipt cannot be provided, Shimmer reserves the right to withhold the item.
- Deposits for pre-ordered items are non-refundable if the order is canceled.
- If the product is not collected within 6 months after Shimmer notifies the customer, the order will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

✯ PAYMENT METHODS
If you are unable to visit our store, you can still place orders through Facebook, Instagram, our website, or e-commerce platforms.
- For website orders, Shimmer will proactively contact you to confirm your order before processing.
- For customers in Saigon, once your order is confirmed, you may either pick it up at our store or opt for home delivery (shipping fees apply).

Note: Shimmer does not accept orders via phone calls or text messages.
