Repairs and warranty services at Shimmer stores in Ho Chi Minh City take approximately 3–4 weeks (excluding weekends) from the date of receipt.

Repaired products may not be 100% identical to their original state.

Warranty processing times may vary depending on order volume and timing.
FOR SILVER PRODUCTS:

Shimmer offers free silver polishing for all products throughout their usage.

For repairable damages, Shimmer provides a paid warranty service (excluding polishing).
FOR GOLD PRODUCTS:

Shimmer offers free cleaning services for gold products.

Gold plating services are available for a fee upon customer request.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING CASE

No original invoice provided.

Broken, deformed, or heavily damaged products (over 20% damage).

Missing small decorative details, embellishments, or stones.

Natural and synthetic gemstones are not covered under warranty.

Black-coated products: The black coating is not eligible for warranty.

Non - jewelry items.
Note: Customers must present a receipt when collecting their items. If the receipt cannot be provided, Shimmer reserves the right to withhold the product.
