FOR SILVER PRODUCTS:

  • Shimmer offers free silver polishing for all products throughout their usage..
  • For repairable damages, Shimmer provides a paid warranty service (excluding polishing)..

FOR GOLD PRODUCTS:

  • Shimmer offers free cleaning services for gold products.
  • Gold plating services are available for a fee upon customer request.

THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING CASE

  • Broken, deformed, or heavily damaged products (over 20% damage)
  • Missing small decorative details, embellishments, or stones
  • Incorrect or unverifiable invoice information provided by the customer
  • Natural and synthetic gemstones are not covered under warranty
  • Black-coated products: The black coating is not eligible for warranty

WARRANTY TIMEFRAME

  • Repairs and warranty services at Shimmer stores in Ho Chi Minh City take approximately 3–4 weeks (excluding weekends) from the date of receipt.
  • Warranty services are available after 2:00 PM daily.
  • Repaired products may not be 100% identical to their original state.
  • Warranty processing times may vary depending on order volume and timing.

Note: Customers must present a receipt when collecting their items. If the receipt cannot be provided, Shimmer reserves the right to withhold the product.
